Misleading Google Ad
Above is a snippet of a screenshot taken from the top of 07/17/2008 Google search results for the search phrase "Arizona Mobile Auto Repair". This was well after we had our adventure with AZ Mobile but exactly the same as the ad that was running at the time (we also have a screenshot from that timeframe). Note the phrase in their sponsored ad on Google:
"Fixed On-Site Or Towed For Free."
In our case, there was absolutely no attempt to repair our 1988 Pathfinder on-site AND it was NOT towed for free. In fact, the charge for towing the vehicle from Cave Creek to Mesa was $172.10. Of course the word fixed is out of the question, even if they argue that the shop was not given a fair chance to repair the vehicle because we had it towed away after being given an estimate of 'another $5000.'
Arizona Mobile Auto Repair refuses to discuss refunding ANYTHING, even the tow charge.
